A slow-growing variety that can be sown for most of the season (avoid the beginning and end). The leaves are thick and dark green with a very fine savoy texture. The texture means that the leaves last longer after harvest, as the leaves are bubbly and there is air in the box/bag. Highly resistant to spinach downy mildew.
