• 11 cm - Serrated blade ideal for harvesting all types of lettuce, babyleaf, spinach, and herbs.
• 18 cm - Serrated blade for easy harvesting of, for example, cabbage, chard, celery, pumpkin.
• 21 cm - Multi-functional knife for all types of crops.
• 30 cm - Extra long blade, ideal for, for example, harvesting cabbage.

All knives are dishwasher safe, however, handwashing is recommended to preserve sharpness.
