This variety has slightly more fleshy roots and provides a slightly higher yield. Eagle is a reliable variety that has been the main variety on the Swedish market for many years and stores excellently. Since parsley root takes a long time to germinate, we recommend pre-germinated seeds, which shortens the time by approximately one week (depending on the weather). This also results in a more even emergence, leading to a more consistent harvest and less loss during sorting. To further improve germinability and vitality, Eagle will be available with B-mox treatment from 2017.
