Betternut 1744 F1

This is a very good quality butternut squash! It's a reliable variety resistant to powdery mildew, yielding a consistent harvest. The skin is light, and the flesh is dark orange. This variety is particularly good in colder climates. This is an advantage in our climate, as butternut squashes are otherwise especially heat-loving.
