A purple carrot with an orange core, which gives it an extra attractive appearance when sliced. It adds a nice touch, for example, when bundled with Rainbow F1. It should preferably be eaten raw as it loses colour intensity when steamed or boiled. Purple Haze has good foliage and a somewhat conical, quite long, slender root. A delicious variety to have as an appetizer in the store!
