Dolciva - BIO

Dolciva is a versatile Nantes carrot with a development period of 100-110 days to reach maximum harvest/maturity, but can be harvested as a new carrot earlier than that. The variety can be stored for a long time if sown a little later in the season and reaches maturity in September-October. Dolciva is a really tasty carrot with a high sugar content; the flavour develops positively with storage.

When grown early, Dolciva is a good organic alternative to the well-known variety Napoli. When sown late as a storage carrot, it is a good alternative to the variety Bolero.
