Yellow-skinned onion, which, when sown very densely (approx. 200 seeds/sqm), quickly forms small, round onions that we commonly call pickling onions. We are used to finding these pickled in stores. If you sow half as many seeds, or let the small onions grow to full size, they become small, flat onions with a diameter of about 5 cm. A pleasant variety to use in stews, for example.
