Korist F1 - BIO

Very early, green kohlrabi with fresh leaves. Flat-round in shape, mild in flavour, and crisp in texture. The flesh is white. This variety retains its fine, tender quality for a long time without becoming fibrous and can therefore remain in the field for a while without becoming overripe.

Kohlrabi is easy to grow, and the quality is best with rapid growth and good conditions with continuous access to water and nutrients. The flesh is juicy with a mild cabbage flavour.
