Garlic Aulxito

Aulxito is one of our earliest garlic varieties. Its colour is almost snow-white with white cloves. It readily develops a flower stalk and top bulbs.

It is well suited to be eaten and sold both fresh and dried, allowing for an earlier start to the season. Hardneck type, and therefore not braidable.
